Cancellation Policy At GROOVY ROOTZ, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement     •    Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.     •    For group bookings or services requiring over 2 hours, we require 48 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations     •    Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will incur a [percentage, e.g., 50%] cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows     •    If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), you may be charged the full cost of the missed service.     •    Repeat no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit or denial of future bookings. Late Arrivals     •    Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule or have services adjusted, with a potential fee applied. Deposit Policy (if applicable)     •    Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your final bill but is forfeited if you cancel outside the allowed time frame. Emergency Cancellations     •    We understand emergencies happen. In cases of illness or other unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note- due to family issues, we are currently having some last minute changes to schedules.
